Food, logged.

Your food.
Fully logged.

Snap a meal. Let AI do the logging. Flog turns meal photos, voice notes and quick descriptions into detailed nutrition you can check, edit and sync to Apple Health.

Log your way

Whatever is fastest in the moment.

  • Photo logging. Snap your plate, up to six photos, or pick from your library, and get a detailed nutrition estimate.
  • Voice logging. Record an audio entry or attach an audio note. Models that support audio understand your words directly.
  • Notes and corrections. Add context like “only ate half” or “extra olive oil” to sharpen the estimate.
  • Edit and re-run. Every estimate is a draft: change the note or photos and ask again, or adjust any value by hand.

Smart photo analysis

It sees the plate the way you would.

Portion-aware

Save your finger and fingernail size once, and Flog uses your hand in the photo as a scale reference.

Cuisine context

Pick regions or cuisines, like “Southern Italian”, so estimates account for typical portions, preparation and hidden oils.

Transparent

See each detected item with its estimated grams and the model’s reasoning, then fix anything it got wrong.

You choose where the AI runs
